-DNC with haste samba merited 5/5
-SMN with Odin/alex
-WAR with already good equips
-SAM with already good equips
-BRD
-COR

You need to have at least a mage job to apply also (BRD, RDM, WHM, BLM, SCH, SMN)

You need to have :
-SKY and SEA access (Both palace access are required)
-Baha V2 access
-Past access (access to the all zone by your past home nation)

It will be a + in your apply if you have :
-HNM experience
-Job already decently geared
-Abyssea access
